Perfect location for all water sports. Boats can be moored out front or slipped in a full-service marina only one mile away. Great biking, fishing, kayaking (lake and river), and all water sports right out front or close by. Close to Boyne Mountain for winter skiing. The condo complex has an elevator so no steps are required to climb. The views are amazing from this floor. There are a total of 27 units in the complex we are in.
