The space NON SMOKING PROPERTY Fast WiFi The space is unique preferably for mature working professionals, contractors ,low maintenance guests such as vacationers,couples,traveling nurses ,retirees, guests on vacay for Six Flags or whatever the occasion may arise. You will have the entire studio apartment downstairs to yourself on the lower level of the home ,it comes equipped with a microwave ,fast wifi and smart Tv please enter your own log -in for Netflix ,Amazon ,Hulu etc . You have studio with Queen sized bed super comfy ! Please during your stay no do not use this address to accept mail . Read all policies of the space to familiarize yourself with the DO,s and Don,ts . There are extra blankets and sheets located in the couch futon part ,simply pull the large cushion up for access. The AC control panel is located upstairs,it can get cold down there so let us know whether you are too cold and I will gladly turn it down, or you can do it yourself no worries . Check in starts at 3 pm to 9pm on your initial first day so message your host include you ETA so that they may be informed . Guest access You will have the entire studio apartment downstairs to yourself on the lower level of the home . We do offer driver services from Airport to location from 8 am to 10 pm sorry we do not pick up late hours or super early mornings. Fees vary depending on time . The sofa bed can be transformed into couch if extra padding is removed but everyone loves it this way so do enjoy . When parking please drive up to the top to park in reverse for easy exit off the property. You will hear a small thump after using the shower etc no worries that is the basement sump pump at work. At times when the weather is cold or rainy due to us having septic and you being on lower level you may take a slight scent of so please always be sure to flush due to your toilet being run by sump pump,this keeps everything moving.Its out of our hands hence us ensuring full transparency . For added security there is camera surveillance on the top of the steps inside the home and outdoors as well as a Ring-doorbell . Your toilet has a number one and number two button ,left for number one and right for number two , Frying foods is not allowed downstairs ,use of spicy seasonings etc leaves a scent that is hard to get rid of so please try not doing so . Please do not sleep with the decorator pillows use regular pillows There is a large trash can outside of the house you are welcome to dispose all your accumulated trash outside daily.During longer stays please maintain the apartment by vacuuming ie/cleaning etc . Laundry is not an available option but there are lovely options in the area .
