Hyde Park Home - Great Location

Our house has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - King size bed, private bath, flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 - One Queen size bed, and One Twin bed shares a bathroom with Bedroom three Bedroom 3 has full bed, small room and shares bathroom. We are only one block from Hyde Park square with lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping, great bakery, coffee shop and palates/yoga. One block to a small shopping area, Rookwood Commons. Downtown in only 10 minutes away and easy to get around. Xavier University is only 5 min drive and University of Cincinnati is 10 min. Cincinnati Zoo is very nice and only 10 min. Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) airport is about a 25 min drive. We are 7 houses away from the bus stop which easily gets you downtown. The neighborhood is safe with of lots of walkers and runners. You are welcome to hang out on the outside patio or front porch.
