We are located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Williston at the end of the road in a peaceful country setting overlooking the Missouri River. The rental is a two-story home with private entrance, wrap around covered porch and view of river. The outdoor yard has a park like setting, lots of room for relaxing, wildlife viewing, and close proximity to fishing and hunting in the area. Located minutes away from the Lewis and Clark Bridge boat launch. We have parking for boats and trailers. The home consists of a main living room, large screen tv, dining room, full kitchen, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, infra red indoor sauna, and massage chair all on the first floor (no restroom on 1st floor). There are stairs leading up to second floor with bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, no tub) and two private bedrooms. There is an twin air mattress available for additional guest. Private two-story home, wrap around porch with outdoor seating, and access to outdoor yard. In addition to the two-story home, the lower daylight basement apartment is listed and rented as an airbnb. The owner lives on the property and is available by phone or text with questions or assistance. We are located in a rural farming area. There is no public transportation in area and you will need a vehicle. There is onsite parking available. Property owner operates Mr. KAB Taxi and Shuttle and is available for paid shuttle service anywhere in state, and some locations in Montana and Wyoming. No pets live on site, we are pet friendly and may allow well behaved dogs with additional pet cleaning fees, and with prior approval. The owner lives on site and there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property for security.
