Island Escape on Marco Island!

Marco Island is truly paradise- you feel it the minute you drive over the Judge Jolley bridge! Our family is pleased to share our favorite space to relax, soak in the brilliant sun and enjoy time with loved ones. The home features beautiful high ceilings, an open floor plan and plenty of glorious light. Enjoy the private heated pool, the waterfront view, and fully stocked home. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and tv, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with twin beds. The space We love the pool area and the peaceful waterfront view of beautiful local landscaping-- it's a perfect place to enjoy a post-beach cocktail, or your morning cup of coffee. Sink into the soft, comfortable couches with a book or in front of the smart TV for movie night. The home also has a study with a desk and futon, which is a perfect space should you need to "work from home". We have enjoyed a 5 star rating from every renter on our former vacation rental booking platform due to the home's relaxing atmosphere, luxury feel, and cleanliness. Many comment that the photos do not do it justice! This is true, as it is difficult to capture in a photo how serene and breathtaking it is- a perfect complement to idyllic, tropical Marco Island. Guest access You are able to access the home in its entirety, as well as the garage. Other things to note There is a strict noise ordinance. If the police are called to the house due to noise, the town requires a mandated court appearance by the tenant. Please contact host for details. No RV or boat parking on or around the property. Please note although pool heater is set to 86 degrees, atmospheric conditions will impact pool temperature (especially during winter months). If you would like to set the pool temperature to 90 degrees, please contact us as this will result in an additional fee of $150 per week. Outdoor grill is available for use. House cleaning fee does NOT include grill. Guests must clean grill after use. Dispose contents of under- grill grease trap in a plastic bag and place in trash receptacle in the garage. Upon your departure if house management find the grill not to be cleaned, guest will be charged a $75 fee.
