Cottonwood Cottage is located in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley in the charming Village of Ballard. Centrally located between Solvang and Los Olivos, both just a bike ride away, enjoy wine tasting, hiking, and so much more in this quaint area. This cottage is located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Just a quick walk down the street to the Historic Ballard School. Bobs Well Bread is 3 doors down from the cottage! Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or just coffee and baked goods Thursday-Monday! The space As our guest, you will have a private entrance and parking, as well as private indoor and outdoor areas. Comfortably sleep 2 in the king sized bed, generous closet and drawer space. Bathroom includes shower and tub combo, and all necessary toiletries. Large open floor living room, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen is not a full kitchen but includes nice sized kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink and portable stovetop. TV, grand piano and heating included. Enjoy a nice front courtyard, and large back outdoor area with table and chairs. Guest access Guests have access to full cottage, as well as private outdoor space. Other things to note We are taking all precautions to make sure that our space is COVID-19 safe. Extra cleaning and sanitation is important to us in between each guest stay.
