The Summer Kitchen
Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Upstairs is the bedroom with a quaint full bathroom, featuring a shower (no bath option) with new flooring. *Please see house rules for non-negotiables, fees, etc. * The space Combines historic structure with updated amenities. The Summer Kitchen provides a homey feeling, as opposed to an nondescript hotel room, as well as the ability to cook your own meals. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage (laundry and dryer in basement will be an additional charge- upon request) laundry must be requested ahead of time to ensure access. Laundry/basement area is not accessible from inside the cottage. The area is also used by Host. Other things to note Street parking only Coffee pot provided spices/some cooking ingredients in the cupboards Pots/Pans & cooking tools An essentials/amenities book will be provided. Washer and dryer use is an additional fee and must be requested ahead of time. A $25 fee will be charged for any unwashed dishes, trash left behind, late check-outs, extra cleaning, etc. in addition, a $50 minimum fee will be charged for any stains/damage to bed linens, towels, rugs, etc. Please communicate any issues.
