The space This spacious two-bedroom deluxe resort suite measures approximately 1,240 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, whirlpool tub, washer/dryer and a balcony with an ocean or city view. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps six. Guest access Guests will have access to all the amenities at the resort. Other things to note Important Information About Special Needs: -- This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking and first floor access ramps. Mandatory Check-In Fee: -- There is a mandatory resort fee for reservations at the resort in the amount of $30.00 per reservation. The resort fee, which is imposed by property owners associations at the resort, will be collected at the time of check-in. Helpful Hints: -- Guests will be charged a small fee for the handling and storage of packages at the resort. Envelopes and FedEx size envelopes will be complimentary. -- Free parking (only one space available for each suite rental).
