Comfortable studio/1 bath apartment on tree-lined street. Located in the popular East Capitol Hill neighborhood, just minutes away from several parks, bars and restaurants. The space is the perfect refuge from the busy city scene, or a central hub as you take advantage of everything Denver has to offer. The space The garden level unit is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. -Two large closet spaces -New appliances -Dishwasher -Air conditioning -Blazing fast internet -TV (local channels) -Shared laundry on site -All kitchen utensils -Garden level with easy access Denver Residential Rental License No 2022-BFN-0016812 Other things to note -Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings. -The laundry room is shared with all residents in the building and the machines are pay per use through PayRange and/or coin operated. *This apartment unit shares an entrance with the laundry room. Guest should be aware that this traffic makes the apartment a bit noisy* -We ask that if residents need to receive mail the get a P.O. Box. (You may receive UPS and Fed Ex just not USPS.) -We do not provide streaming services with the TV. The internet speed is 1 Gig and comes with Xfinity “Flex”. -We provide pillows, bed sheets, towels and hangers for your convenience. We also supply one roll of toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, some hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent and a couple of trash bags to get you started for your month+stay. (We do not provide paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent.) -There are four off street parking spots that are first come first served. The rest is street parking which is unmetered and without time limits. Street parking is pretty open during the day and tightens up at night. -Apt is 372 sqft.
