Queen Bedroom in Beautiful Quiet Sunny Condo

A unique valley in vail with no highway traffic noise. I'm a 37 year old Colorado native who has lived here for 14 years along with my 3 yo old border collie mix named Solveig (Sol-Vay). I am happy to help guide you in the right direction for what you want to experience in Vail. I am fully vaccinated and here to help point you in the right direction for your outdoor adventure This place is ideal for guest who want a quiet base camp for their outdoor adventures. The space The listing is for one bedroom with a queen bed in the ground level basement along with the bathroom. Please let me know if you plan to have more than one car as this sometimes can be an issue for parking. I have just recently repainted the space along with hard wood floors on the stairs. The main level with living room dining area and kitchen is the best part of the house. It features 6 huge vertical windows that cover the corner and bring light into the entire space. The condo is located in the valley condos which is unique to vail in that there is no highway noise. It is one mile up buffehr creek road from the West Vail free bus stop. I am a working professional in the valley who cherish getting outdoors and enjoying my free time. In part from making a little extra money to cover my mortgage I also truly want to meet new people and share this beautiful valley with you. This is a great place for you to stay if you want to get away from the touristy feel of a hotel and find out some local knowledge and tips to really get a better feel of the Vail Valley. Feel free to make yourself at home with the kitchen/fridge and living room as it is ours to share! Guest access Please park on the top lot of the parking structure of the valley condos. When you turn into this lot the unit is down the first set of stairs as you pull into the top of the lot. This is all guest parking so park wherever you find a spot. I will try to be around to welcome you but either way you will be given the access key code for the unit along with some general instructions for checking into the property. I am laid back and want you to feel at home during your stay! During your stay Whatever works best for you! I am fully vaccinated as well. Other things to note I have a 5 year old border collie and she is a sweetheart. She has been incredibly quiet but does get a little excited on guests arrival.
