Our international student group (in three adjoining apartments) is social, respectful and diverse: McGill, UdeM, HEC, Concordia, UQAM, and young worker/travelers. IMPORTANT: Please note that we only rent by the month, and we only accept continuous reservations from already booked rooms. We have many options, but please do not reserve any dates before communicating with us. The space One of three adjoining apartments organized for students with lots of shared spaces. Fully furnished bedroom (double bed, dresser, closet, desk, chair, lamp). Clean and healthy environment. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridges, microwave), dining room, and living room. Large sunny backyard with picnic table. Laundry room with washer and dryer. During your stay I do not live in the house. I manage it in an attentive but unobtrusive way and am always available for questions. Other things to note Please note that although we do use Airbnb to supplement our bookings, the Champarts are run as shared student housing. Kitchen and cleaning gear are provided, and it is up to each individual household to self-organize these areas. Consumable personal care items are not provided. Residents are carefully screened to be students or trainees with serious projects, and we have welcomed hundreds of young people from over 40 countries.
