Guest access The entire single family house is what is for rent. You can enter thru the front door or garage that leads directly into the kitchen. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door that allows nice views of the water and leads directly to the back screen porch and is furnished with a King bed and leads into ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen bed plus futon style chair that doubles as a futon style twin bed, also with private access to a bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that if you prefer, can be put together to make a King size bed and is just a few steps away to another full bathroom. A nautical theme with Tommy Bahama furniture throughout the entire home. Other things to note Pets must be preapproved and pet fee, determined with approval request must be paid at time of pet registration. Any person having a pet on property without preapproval will pay a hearty fine of 250.00 per pet plus damage costs, if any. Please note this property is in the city limits and therefore cannot be rented less than 90 days. I really appreciate all the interest we get and the messages of how lovely the place is are quite nice to read. However for whatever the reasons the city mandates minimum 90 day rental agreement and therefore we will not entertain a different offer. Pet owners are responsible for any damage their pet may cause to property or injury to other animals or person. Stray animals must not be cared for in any way and must be reported to the owner or to Citrus Animal Control
