Enjoy the 2 bedroom guest house (750 sq ft) located in a quiet hillside in Highland Park neighborhood of West Seattle. Only 6 miles from downtown and a quick Rapid Ride bus away from sports stadiums and major attractions. A separate entrance from the main house allows you to come and go as you please, making it ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. The space We took inspiration from the beautiful water and nature that surrounds Seattle. We've added touches of seaside living in this space. The closest beach access is 2 miles away. The suite is a garden-level apartment in the detached guest house. We live in a separate structure, the main house, so you may come and go as you please. Bright and spacious, it features full ceiling height and west-facing windows that look out toward beautiful hillside views. There's plenty of room for all guests, with 2 bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full bed with a twin pull-out. Please note that the basement unit requires guests to walk down 12 steps of stairs but each step is large and the incline is not steep. Common spaces include the laundry and stairs leading to the Airbnb. Guest access Guests can use the private guest house which includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The place is all yours. Free parking Parking is FREE and plentiful on the street. Kindly do not block the driveway at any time. Garden & Patio Feel free to enjoy the patio and garden! Sit back and relax - take in the hillside views and evergreen trees. Smart TV Connect your streaming accounts and enjoy a night in. We provide Roku streaming service. Coffee Bar Enjoy the provided single cup Keurig machine to start the day! Laundry Across the fence is a shared laundry room (yellow door) for all our guests. Other things to note The guest suite is in the basement and requires guest to go down about 12 steps into the unit. Other Guests There are 2 AirBnB units in the property separated by a fence, so you might see other guests in the driveway and stairs leading to both units.
