A former railway station set in 2 acres of landscaped garden, The Old Station Guest House consists of of the main building and a train carriage converted into suites. Guests can practice their golf on the lawns, while the famous seafront St Andrews Links are a 10-minute drive. The Old Station has been fully renovated and features modern bedrooms decorated in a traditional style, with sash windows and warm tones. Carriage suites come with a small kitchen area, while all accommodations comes en suite, with tea/coffee-making facilities and a TV with satellite channels. Continental and cooked breakfasts are served daily in the bright breakfast room which used to be the station platform. For other meals guests are just 5 minutes’ drive from the center of St Andrews, with its variety of restaurants. The 4-star Old Station Guest House also offers a billiards room and library, with free Wi-Fi in public areas. There are several more golf courses within a 20-minute drive. This room is furnished in deep reds with oriental furnishings and art adorning the walls. It has a king/twin bed plus an additional single.
