We are currently awaiting for parts to remedy! The space This home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining & sleeps 16 comfortably Its large open concept living/dining/kitchen allows you to interact with friends & families at all time. The huge porch from the second floor gives you a perfect VIEW OF THE BAY that can be access thru double french doors from the living, dining & master bedroom. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the cool breeze. Downstairs opens directly onto a BRAND NEW POOD DECK & COVERED PATIO AREA. You will find a charcoal BBQ pit & outdoor furniture for your convenience Everything you need is provided including all dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, oven, coffeemaker, pots & pans. Wifi access and Spectrum Cable for your convenience & entertainment. Also available is a washer & dryer so that you can wash & clean before you pack. A large upstairs master suite boats a king size bed, large walk-in closet, siting area to relax with a good book. En suite bathroom has a jet tub, a separate shower & 2 sinks. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a king size bed and the other has two bunk beds with a full & a twin bed on top. The guests here share a full size bathroom with a large shower in the hallway. There are plenty of towels and fresh linen upon your arrival so you don't have to worry about packing them. This house is located on the bay side and about a 5 minutes drive to the beach access. It is convenience to dining, shopping and many island activities. When you visit the island there is so much to do. Make sure to check out Schliterbahn Beach water Park for a great family outing, the Island Equestrian Center for horseback riding on the beach, Sea Turtle, Inc. for an interesting tour about the sea turtles that nest on the island, Clayton's Beach Bar which is the largest outdoor bar in Texas, Louie's for bungee jumping and go-cart racing and so much more. NOTE: Due to AirBNB/Home away billing policy in which they only collect the state portion of the hotel/lodging tax, there will be an adjustment invoice for an 11% ACCOMMODATION & LODGING TAX that wil be billed/requested after booking. This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit #2021-975525 Guest access The driveway accommodate 4 cars with additional 2 cars under cover patio. There are a lot of goft cart for rent by the hour or day. The city also have public transportation. Other things to note Due to AirBNB/Home away billing policy in which they only collect the state portion of the hotel/lodging tax, there will be an adjustment invoice for an 11% ACCOMMODATION & LODGING TAX that is due to the local taxing bodies, which will be billed/requested after booking thru AirBNB fund request approximately 1 week prior to your arrival. (Note: this charge is an addition to what Airbnb is collecting. It's not included in the total you are paying to Airbnb at the time of your booking) There will be an additional $250 cleaning service fee in the event of violation of rules that requires extra cleaning. Fee will be requested thru Airbnb and will be deducted from deposit. Missing or damage towels price: * 20 Bath towels on site - $20 replacement ea * 1 Hand towel per bathroom sink - $10 replacement ea * 20 Face towel on site - $5 replacement ea Any concerns or damages need to be reported within 4 hours after arrival. All damages pictures & communications need to be uploaded thru Airbnb communication thread. ***The house will have the following items for your convenience to start only: dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, trash bags, individual: conditioner, shampoo & bath bars. Toilet papers with 1 extra roll for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels. PLEASE BRING OR PURCHASE EXTRA FOR YOUR USAGE! All basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, mop, broom & a new grill brush are available. PACK-N-PLAY is available upon request while supply last. Due to COVID we do not supply any condiments, cooking oil, coffee filter etc...please supply your own.
