You’ll have a blast exploring the city while staying at this recently renovated 3- bedroom, 2- bath just 15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the beach. This is a perfect home base for a group of up to 6 guests in search of a Southern retreat. Situated in peaceful neighborhood close to everything. The space Master Bedroom: Queen Bed, Bedroom 2: Full Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds Master bath: Full bath with standup shower Bathroom 2: Full bath with bathtub Step inside in this renovated fixer upper home-away-from -home with some comfortable furnishings. All of the comforts of home can be found here, including an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning and free wireless internet access. Look forward to dinner time at home, with fully equipped kitchen offering all the necessary amenities to create a delicious home cook meal. This space is intended for up to six (6) guests (including infants and/or children). Additional adult guests are not allowed; violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your stay, surcharges, and additional charges. If you have any questions about our six guest policy, then contact us BEFORE you book. Absolutely NO FOREIGN OBJECTS to be flushed down any toilet. NO wipes of any kind (including "flush-able wipes"). Absolutely no tampons, pads or any other feminine products are to be flushed down the toilet. DO NOT flush hair, sanitary/feminine products, tissues, wipes,"flush-able" wipes, paper towels, kitten & puppies, hopes & dreams down the toilet. NO SMOKING. If you smoke in the house there will be a $1,000 cleaning fee assessed. NO UNDERAGE consumption and /or possession of any alcoholic beverages. NO possession and/or consumption of any illegal substances (drugs) and / or controlled substances. NO FIREWORKS, NO SPRINKLERS, NO bottle rockets, no any other explosives devices, Roman candles etc. are to be lit or shot on the property premise. Check-in: after 3:00 pm Check-out: before 10:00 am ON YOUR DAY OF CHECK-IN : Inspect the home for any problems or issues. You must report any problems within two (2) hours of check-in. ON YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE: Remove all trash from all trash cans and bag all trash. Placed bagged trash in the gray trash can and place the gray trash can at the end of the driveway. (Mondays is trash pick-up). Place all recycle items, cardboard, paper, plastic, foam coolers, in recycle trash can (recycle bin has yellow top). Place the recycle bin at the end of the driveway. DO NOT place glass in recycle bin throw it in regular trash. ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED. Remove all bed sheet/pillow cases from used beds and place in hamper in the laundry room. Remove all used towels, hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, bath mats, etc and place in hamper/ laundry floor (neatly). DO NOT remove the comforters and quilts on the bed; leave these items on the bed. Wash all dirty dishes and put them away. Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer and dispose of the food. Re-fill the ice cube trays with water and place in the freezer so the next guest will have ice. Return all appliances and kitchen tools to their storage locations, clean the outside areas, return all outdoor seating to the original location. Turn OFF all lights and adjust the thermostat to 65 degrees in the winter and 76 degrees in the summer months. What is provided for you: Hair dryer, starter packet of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish washing soap, shampoo, conditioner. All furniture, fixtures, accessories, etc. must be returned and placed in its original location. DO NOT REMOVE from the property any furniture, fixtures, accessories, sheets, towels, bedding, kitchen tools, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels or any other objects located in the house. All items are inventoried. Removal of towels will result in a $50 per towel charge. DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS?? Make sure you have packed all your personal items and phone charges when you leave. The host is not responsible for lost or left behind items. However, pursuant to Georgia Law, we must provide the following: WARNING: Under Georgia law there is no liability for any injury or death of any individual or guest for entering the premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19 pursuant to O.C.G.A. 51-16-3. You and all guests are assuming the risk by entering the premises of my property. Guest access Guest have access to the entire single family home.
