Other things to note STR #300102 Rules for renters 1. No personal items are to be left in the public hallways nor on decks including bikes, skis, skates, coolers, tubes, firewood, Etc. 2. The trash area is on the far side of the parking lot behind the brown fence. There is a large dumpster for garbage and bins for recycling inside the fence. Note the signage about what is recyclable and what isn't. Please break down any cardboard boxes. 3. Parking is for automobiles only- No trailers, campers, boats or trucks with tandem rear wheels are allowed to park in the lot. No parking on trash day (Thursday, as the sign says) in the three spaces in front of units 11-18. . 4. No smoking allowed in unit or on the decks or patios. 5. No clothes or towels to be hung out on the deck railing. 6. 9pm -8am are designated quiet hours in our complex. 7. No cooking is allowed on the decks. There are two grills on the far side of the parking lot across from unit 30. No other outdoor coping is allowed. 8. No group picnics or gatherings are allowed on association lawns behind the condominiums. 9. Renters are not permitted to bring pets. Please see lease in additional rules.
