The accommodation is situated in the heart of the old town, surrounded by the history and traditions of the ancient town of Bari. More precisely it is located within Verrone palace, a medieval building became in the 16th century the Renaissance noble palace of Verrone family. Today the accommodation is suitable for a various guests’ audience: couples and families, solitary adventurous and large groups. The space The relaxing atmosphere and the quiet surrounding area are typical of Verrone apartment. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one in common and the other in the private room), a large kitchen and about 100 square meters of common space, including living room and event room, where you can rest or work on your projects. This housing solution is unique in its kind: based on sharing, environmental sustainability and reuse concepts, it aims to provide a superior quality of housing experience. The entire construction process of furnitures and the creation of the service took place in co-design: furnitures were made by apprentices and aspiring designers who have had the chance to work together and to do a professional training side by side with architects and professionals. Since the planning phase, the specialization of the working group has indeed contributed to the construction of furnitures which can be adapted to individual needs, according to their shape. Guest access The guests’ access is allowed first from the monumental front door of the building and secondly from the flat’s main door situated to the second floor. Inside the apartment you will have access to the kitchen, the living room and also to the wonderful terrace sea view located to the top floor, from which you can admire an unique glimpse of Bari and its ancient part. During your stay The staff is not present in a physical reception, but we guarantee ONLINE availability for any requests, emergencies and general assistance.
