According to the number of participants (minimum 2, maximum 10), the interactive cooking class will take place in one of the three apartments that have big fully-equipped kitchens, or in the new common room "Cambusa", a huge and functional space for large groups of people. The participants will not only attend theoretical sessions but will also be directly involved in cooking the selected recipes. A cooking lesson lasts about 3-4 hours and can be taught both in Italian and in English as follows: introduction on the history of the recipes that will be prepared, selection of fresh seasonal ingredients, explanation of cooking methods, cooking and final tasting of the dishes made served with excellent Tuscan wines.
