The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof! The space Your mini-home away from home is steps away from a coffee shop, supermarket, convenience store, drug store, beer garden, winery, boutiques, bars, gyms, restaurants, and the famous “Fab 40’s” neighborhood. A quick bike, scooter, or bus ride to Midtown, Downtown, the Golden 1 Center, convention center, the Capitol, McKinley Park, the American River, University of California Sacramento, Sutter Medical Center, Shriners Hospital for Children, and UC Davis Medical Center. Also take a day trip to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and wine country! We love traveling, and appreciate the importance of comfort and convenience. We can offer you just that and strive to exceed your expectations.
