The space PLEASE READ: Be aware that this is a lower apartment of an upstairs/downstairs duplex which is more prone to noise (ie guests walking upstairs, entering/exiting apartment, etc.) as other guests are often staying in the upstairs apartment. We ask everyone to respect quiet hours of 10pm-7am, however since this is the lower apartment, you can expect regular noise as in any upstairs/downstairs apartment arrangement such as upstairs guests walking around/entering/exiting premises, vacuuming, or water running. Feel free to contact us during your stay if we need to communicate with the upstairs guests to be more considerate during quiet hours. We do not tolerate partying, clogging lessons, or heavy metal band jam sessions. :P Please also note that this is an old structure and has been partially remodeled. It is not a new construction so the floors and doors can creak/squeak. The property is in close proximity to other homes as the neighborhood is a quaint community of historic homes and new constructions. Perfect for traveling nurses, medical/business professionals traveling to Tampa Bay. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, toaster, mini coffee pot, basic kitchenware: pots, pans, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups, silverware (enough for 4 plate settings), cooking ware, and cooking utensils. Your basic kitchen essentials starter kit includes oil, salt & pepper, coffee & creamer, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen sponges, 1 bottle dish soap, and a little dishwasher detergent to start you off. Please note that we do not have a garbage disposal and all food remnants from sink and grease must be disposed of in the trash or the grease bags & bin provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, side tables, closet, and study area equipped with a small desk and office chair. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, side table, closet, and study area equipped with a desk and office chair. The living room has a loveseat, 2 chairs, a coffee table, side table and a Roku TV. The bathroom has towel hooks, a small vanity, several shelves for storage, and a plug in circulation fan, and a toiletries essentials starter kit including 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 bottle of bathroom hand soap. The front porch overlooks the front yard and has some patio furniture. The patio/front yard is a shared space and has a small outdoor table and 2 chairs. OFF LIMITS: -Upstairs apartment -Upstairs balcony -Outside storage shed Other things to note PLEASE READ: -Potential for noise- we ask that guests acknowledge and understand that this is a lower, downstairs apartment which is more subject to noise as guests are often staying in the upstairs apartment. We ask that everyone be mindful of other guests especially during quiet hours, however since this is the lower apartment, you can expect noise from people walking above, or entering/exiting the premises. Feel free to contact us during your stay if we need to communicate with the upstairs guests to be more considerate during quiet hours. -Potential for other noise- the property is in close proximity to other homes as the neighborhood is a quaint community of historic homes and new constructions. You can expect to hear the occasional construction during the day, dogs barking, street noise, or emergency vehicles. -Must climb stairs- there are 2 stairs leading up to the apartment. Please take care when walking up and down especially in the evenings. We cannot be held liable if someone trips or falls. It's important that guests turn on the porch light for adequate lighting. There are also motion sensor solar lights that illuminate the property during evening hours. -Roku TV with Prime Video and Disney+ (Netflix personal sign in available). No cable TV. -We provide internet with speeds of 21 ms, 59.67 Mbps download, and 12.45 Mbps upload. If you work remotely and need extremely high speeds for frequent video calls, we suggest you bring an extra long ethernet cord (to reach office space) or bring your own wifi hotspot. -Our place is a smoke free- no exceptions! -NO WASHER/DRYER FACILITIES- laundromats nearby. -Free street parking- no assigned or private parking. Please just note that you may have to park further down the street and walk up the block as it is not guaranteed parking. -We provide an "Essentials Starter Kit" which includes: 4 rolls toilet paper and hand soap for bath needs as well as 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 bottle dish soap, kitchen hand soap, some dishwasher detergent, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar for your convenience for a kitchen essentials starter kit. If during your stay you need refills of any of these items, it is your responsibility to provide extra. Thanks! -Our place occasionally has dogs on property on a case by case basis with our approval to serve guests with service dogs and emotional support dogs. Our place is not recommended for guests who have severe pet allergies even though we thoroughly clean between guests.
