The main monuments of the historic center and the streets of Porto's social and nightlife, full of cafes, bars and several restaurants, are within walking distance. The space Tastefully decorated, this modern studio is a pleasant space, with a double bed, a sofa and an armchair that converts into a single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The large windows let in plenty of natural light that illuminates the space, making it even more appealing. It is equipped with AC and hotel-quality bedding to ensure maximum comfort. It also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential utensils and cutlery, electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee machine to prepare a delicious meal. Bathroom with shower, includes clean towels, hairdryer and toiletries for your convenience. Finally, it also has a beautiful and refreshing garden with outdoor furniture, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment perfect for relaxing and resting after a day of sightseeing or socializing. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. There is an outdoor garden accessible to all guests. Other things to note Please note that the property does not have an elevator and that access is via stairs. Before your arrival, we will send you check-in instructions and where you can collect the keys. We ask all guests to complete a registration form that complies with legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
