It has gentler bubbles and typically reaches 95–100°F. The spa only heats when pool heat is on. • Pool heat must be booked for the full duration of your stay, as the system needs consistent run time to maintain temperature. • The home uses a gas pool heater, which heats more quickly and reliably than electric systems. Gas heaters generally maintain temperature well, even in cooler weather, though very cold nights may still affect how fast the water warms up. • This is normal for gas systems and not considered a fault. If you’re ever unhappy with the temperature, we can turn the heater off and refund any unused pool-heat days. 🏊 POOL CARE & SAFETY • Pool is cleaned weekly. • Use the skimmer net for light debris between services. • Technicians may access the pool area through the side gate. • Pool heat runs daily between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. • No lifeguard on duty — guests swim at their own risk. • Children must be supervised at all times. 🐜 FLORIDA CLIMATE NOTE Florida is a tropical environment, and even though our homes are treated regularly by a professional pest prevention team, you may still occasionally see ants, mosquitoes, or small insects — especially after rain. 🗑️ TRASH & WILDLIFE • Please place trash in provided bins and keep lids closed. • Florida wildlife (raccoons, birds, etc.) love open trash! • Collection days vary — see the house manual. 🌙 QUIET HOURS • Community quiet hours typically 10 PM – 8 AM. • Please be mindful around the pool area at night. 🚗 PARKING RULES • Park only in designated spaces. • Extra vehicles must use approved overflow areas. • Improperly parked vehicles may be towed (community enforced). RVs, boats, commercial vehicles and oversized trucks not allowed. ❄️ AIR CONDITIONING • AC is set to 75°F, with the option to lower it to 72°F. • Florida heat can be intense — AC units may take time to cool. • Units are serviced annually for optimal performance. 📺 SMART TV • TVs include built-in streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.). • Guests may sign in with personal accounts. • Traditional cable is not provided unless stated. 👷 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE • Pool, landscaping, and pest control teams may visit during your stay. • They will access exterior areas only — never inside without notice. 💬 NEED ANYTHING? Trash Collection Info: *Trash is collected on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays after 6:00 AM. *Please place all trash in the brown bench bin located by the front door. Trash must be bagged in garbage bags, and the bin must be fully closed. ⚠️ If these instructions aren’t followed, the trash will not be collected, and guests will need to dispose of it at the nearest dumpster.
