It's located in a Brooklyn style townhouse across the street from a big city park and the 79th precinct police station.... Sleeping arrangements are 2 people to each bed and one person on the sofa. I do not provide air mattresses or other sleeping arrangements. Please be advised that there is a video camera in the lobby/hallway of the building. It does record people and guests coming and leaving the building. IT IS NOT IN THE APARTMENT THAT YOU WILL BE RENTING. THERE ARE NO VIDEO OR RECORDING DEVICES IN THE APARTMENT. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor. You must walk up 2 flights of stairs. There is No Elevator in the building.
