Located on the first floor of our larger property, the Vilano Beach Vagabond's House, also available on Airbnb. . Totally fenced, treed garden property surrounds your patio. Lots of outdoor living space on the covered patio area for dining and enjoying the garden. Courtyard and view of grounds with a beautiful garden. Easy short walk on paved street to quiet beach that does not allow cars. Three block walk to Publix Grocery and great restaurants of all kinds and shops. All on ground level, no steps, easy for guest who have issues walking. To insure quiet, security and privacy of other guests & owners: ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROERTY AT ANYTIME. This is a family property ( three individual units) with occupancy restricted to (2) people per unit (plus infant under one year ok) and NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. One vehicle per unit without approval prior to reserving. We will consider one small dog for guests with previous positive reviews. Please ask for details, fees etc. BEFORE booking! Located on large 3 family beach home property, lovingly cared for & renovated. All units private, private entrance with max 2 guest and one baby under 2 years per unit. The property has been in our family for 60 years and is surrounded by high fenced and landscaping. Host family member lives in ground level unit and upper floor apartment available on Airbnb. Ask before you haul something to Florida. If we have, we make sure it is available for your stay. We live in private unit and family next door. Vibrant, walkable, friendly beach side neighborhood full of 1950's beach cottages and multi million dollar homes and everyone makes visitors feel welcome. Quiet no car traffic beach at the end of the paved street, only about 350 ft but does require crossing A1A. Easy walk to grocery /dining/restaurants/Irish Pub/liquor store. Nearby nature boardwalk that takes you from the property thru the beautiful salt marsh directly to the Vilano Town center with a Publix grocery.. Tennis, basketball and Pickle ball court dog park nearby just two blocks away! Other things to note This unit is on the first floor and occasional foot steps or noise from the unit above. This is a shared 3 unit property with a max guest of 2 per unit. All units are private. As this is a family property, we request no visitors or extra cars unless we have approved in advance of your visit. Family lives near by so someone is always available if you need something. We have a local convenience store next door that can generate noise but we are screened and fenced. Most guests love having it and use it to get food, snacks, and coffee. The beach is super close less than 400 feet, however you do have to cross A1A. The street is paved all the way to the path for easy walking and the access is limited to just people who live in this neighborhood and thus the beach is very quiet. Laid back beach neighborhood. The SeaGlass is not suitable for party guests since it can affect the comfort of our other guests! Suitable for a couple with a baby. We will consider a small dog under 30 lbs. Must be leashed at all times when outdoors. Many not be left alone in the apartment. Cannot be a barker and disturb other guests. Guests must clean up after their pet. Elderly cat on property. Dogs must be cat friendly and not chase or scare the old cat if they happen to see. Not all request can be honored so please do not use Instantbook. Please submit your request with the pet section checked in your request so that you will see the full amount of the fees. There is a $50 pet fee for each three day visit with additional days prorated.
