The downstairs includes the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, flat top stove, microwave, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and has plenty of counter and cupboard space for those who love to spend time in the kitchen. The large dining table is just off the kitchen and seats 8 plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. It's a great place not only for eating but visiting and playing games. Cozy up in the living room which is just off the kitchen and has a sectional couch and 65” Smart TV w/ direct TV to catch up on your favorite shows. There is a large private patio that is just off the kitchen where you can BBQ on the grill and just hang out and relax. It's also the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and washer & dryer. The master bedroom features a King size bed, 65” Smart TV w/ direct TV, private bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and double sinks. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and a closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed 50" Smart TV w/ direct TV and closet. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single sink. Your stay wouldn't be complete unless you visit the large community pool (not heated) and to top it off, your parking spot is covered and has direct access to the home. Don't forget your golf clubs because Scottsdale has some of the most renowned courses all year long. The Phoenix Open is in February and there are several other local events such as Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, The Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Diamondback, Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Coyotes and Phoenix Suns and Arabian Horse Shows. Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner. Sorry No Pets. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening. **Please note this Free Fun package is for free admissions listed above and is only available on stays beginning October 1st through April 30th.
