Tranquil suite in Beverly Grove-walk to food + fun

Relaxing space in upscale tree-lined neighborhood in the center of LA, aka Fairfax District or Beverly Grove. WFH then walk to everything! (See our guide book!) 1/2 block off major walking street with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and public transpo. It's 1 block from The Grove, a fun outdoor mall with movie theater, restaurants, shops, an iconic farmers market, tour meeting sites, outdoor entertainment and holiday fun. There are museums and parks nearby. The beach is only 25 minutes away. The space There is a private entrance to the guest suite with a touch screen smart lock door with a changeable code. This is a nice size room with an ensuite bathroom in back of a private home. The guest suite is best for couples or solo travelers because it's like a hotel room. The guest suite has 1 comfy queen size bed, a leather loveseat, a club chair and a wonderful folding desk for those who need to work. Other amenities include a flat screen smart tv, folding chair, TV trays, luggage rack and a portable hanging clothes rack. There's NO kitchen but it has a Keurig coffee/tea machine, microwave, small fridge, Brita water pitcher and an electric kettle. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combo. We do keep some personal items in the room but not many. It is a simple but nice space. Great to come home to after a day or night of activity. In the back yard, you'll find a small outside bistro table and chairs near the guest suite door entrance for sitting outside as well as a red bench under an orange tree. You can feel free to relax outside in these areas. Be forewarned that unfortunately the whole backyard is not for guest use- just the large patio area close to the house on the red pavers. Guest access Parking: If guests bring a car they will either park in the driveway of the house or park on the street using a parking permit we will provide. The street parking is very easy parking in front of or very near the house. Which parking situation you are assigned depends on timing and we will let you know before you arrive. But both options are easy. Some people prefer the street because the driveway is a typical very narrow LA driveway. LA does not have great public transportation so the suite location is excellent because you can walk to so many things. Several bus lines stop nearby but they don't run often. Ride share services and taxis arrive within minutes when called. Other things to note Covid Protocols: We not only clean but also disinfect/sanitize the entire space after every guest. We abide by the AirBnb covid cleaning rules. We TRY to leave the suite empty for 24 hours between guests. This is for our own peace of mind and your safety during these Covid times.
