A four-room apartment on the 3rd floor with a spacious northwest-facing balcony and three smaller ones, perfect for families or groups of friends. The minimalist design and standard ensure comfort and practicality. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for convenient self-catering. The apartment has two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Located right by the promenade, it’s close to the beach and tourist attractions. Other things to note The property has restaurants, a grocery store and cafes. Keys must be picked up at our office at ul. Uzdrowiskowa 11/3, Świnoujście. We are open daily from 09:00 to 19:00. Smoking is only possible on the balcony. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited and in the event of failure to comply with the prohibition, a fine of up to two thousand zlotys will apply. For motorized guests, it is possible to rent a parking space outside the facility (additional reservation is required and it is associated with an additional fee depending on the dates of stay).
