The open kitchen includes two full size Wolf Ovens, warming drawer, and very large butcher block island, leading to casual seating for 14 overlooking expansive lawn, valley, and ocean views. Wifi is available throughout. A formal dining room has seating for 8.  
 Our 2-story open formal living room has 30-foot ceilings, a 2-story wood burning fireplace, ample open space with hardwood floors throughout. There is comfortable seating for at least 11. The first floor also has a family room with seating for 9, with another wood-burning fireplace, and TV. Thick reclaimed wood beams are on the ceilings throughout the house. Although luxurious, the home is comfortable, warm, and inviting. 
 Two outdoor fireplaces at the terrace and by the pool are guest favorites, wood is plentiful.  
 Luxurious, restful sleeping quarters: 
The master suite is on the first floor with its living area, king-size bed, and bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, two shower heads, two separate vanity areas, and walk-in closet. A deck leads to the pool with seating, and a terrace to the back yard, and another off the master bath. Large master bedroom windows let guests enjoy the sunrise on the east overlooking the pool and gardens and the sunset on the west with views out to the horizon. 
 There are four bedrooms upstairs, each with its full bathroom, three with bathtubs. The bedrooms are large with views of the hills, ocean, or pool. The upstairs includes a library and open space with couches. The beds are wonderfully furnished with pillows and feathered duvets. The luxurious bathrooms come with artisan shampoos, bath appointments, and fluffy white towels. The atmosphere is that of a beautiful, relaxed environment. 
Downstairs, below the main floor, is 2,400 sq. ft. of living space with one bedroom, full bath with steam shower, a gym with treadmill, weights, pull up bar, TV and yoga space. The downstairs includes a full wet bar with separate TV, large comfortable leather couch, and a 60 inch HD TV. There are a pool table and bar stools.  
 Outdoors: 
The large pool is by an outdoor pool house with full kitchen. A dining table by the pool seats 8, along with chaise lounge chairs, large shade umbrellas, and with outdoor fireplace and couch. The front of the house includes a full-size basketball court, bocce ball court, and horseshoe pit. You can make the most of enjoying outdoor activities as our central coast region is listed as the greatest number of mild 70 degree weather days in the country. Take walks, entertain guests, or relax around the pool and grounds.  Please note- pool is not heated in the winter months. Guest access You will have access to all main living/sleeping areas of the house. Because this is our private home, there will be several locked closets for our own personal belongings, the garages are not open for use. Other things to note Please be advised that there are several very friendly dogs that live on the property.
