It is unique, in that, while it is a level waterfront with private beach it sits back from Birch Bay Drive 100 ft. The front outdoor patio functions as an outdoor living room with adjacent firepit. The view of the bay is west facing. This has been our personal summer home all these years. Wedding and golf associated groups require prior owner approval and event pricing prior to booking. CLEANING & LAUNDRY FEE: This is a big place it takes our Housekeeper 7 hours to turnover the property The home can comfortably handle meals and social space for 40+ and we can help you locate additional guest sleeping in the area close by accommodations.
