The house and backyard are only accessed by guests. The property is a full acre, but is part of a larger 35 acre property which the owner will often allow guest access to if requested. Their are several small nooks with full beds through the house, these are not counted as bedrooms but are additional beds. The house and backyard are only accessed by guests.
