The Red Rocks Cottage

*Charge your electric vehicle here!* A beautiful, well appointed, comfy/cozy place in magical Red Rocks country. So much to see/do right here without ever leaving Oak Creek Village! Shops, restaurants, galleries, local artisans, 2 Golf courses within walking distance and so much more! Heated pool! Laundry is behind this unit, and is FREE to guests. This unit is ideal for a couple or single traveler! (2 guest max.) 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥. The space The lovely, heated pool is open from March 1st through November 1st. There are several outdoor common areas to just sit and relax, two of them with grills for your enjoyment. In addition, there is a fitness room across the street in the Sedona Sunrise II building. Access code to fitness room will be provided after your confirmed reservation. Laundry, (free to guests) is located right behind my unit. Uptown Sedona is located just a 15-20 minute drive from my space, traveling the magnificent Red Rock Scenic Byway. The Walmart Super Center is just 25 minutes away in Cottonwood, and the drive through the desert is lovely! Cottonwood offers abundant shopping & dining opportunities. Uniquely beautiful Jerome, is just 40 minutes away. Several State and National Monuments are also within easy driving distance. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo, in addition to all common areas (where the unit is located) and the pool, fitness room, and common areas across the street (140 E. Cortez Drive) and the laundry (which is FREE to guests!) Other things to note If this is your first trip to this area, you'll want to be sure to bring sunscreen and possibly a wide brimmed hat. Sedona's sun is pretty much daily,(300+ days of sunshine annually!) and it is powerful! Also, it is important to note the necessity of keeping the front door tightly closed at all times so that you don't accidentally invite some of Arizona's smaller, unwelcome guests into your unit. ☺You can read more about them in the Guest Manual on the coffee table.
