Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed, for extra guests, there is a sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake. Private keyless entry with covered porch The staircase up to the unit has 18 steps Deck space has 4 chairs, a small table, a fire pit, and a powered Sunsetter Awning. Living space has a queen size Stanton sofa bed, Mac Motion recliner with foot rest, coffee table that raises up for dining or can be used as a work station, 2 small seating cubes, 65 inch TV, 11 foot long English Walnut live edge bar top with 4 big bar stools, and ceiling fan with remote. The kitchen has a large sink and all appliances. It is stocked with most everything you would need to prepare any dish. We keep the cupboard stocked with olive oil, coffee, salt, pepper, and a full spice rack. There is room in the pantry closet by the refrigerator to hang up jackets. The pantry is also the storage for the broom, iron, and ironing board. Bedroom has a queen size Beauty Rest Black mattress, nightstands with a drawer and storage, lamps with built in outlets and USB ports, dresser with removable drawers, and a free standing shelf system for hanging clothes. There are also 2 big drawers under the foot of the bed. The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and extra toilet paper. Our garage is below the unit, and we will need to open and close the door on occasion. The garage door is very quiet, and we usually will not need to use it late at night or super early in the morning. Access to the laundry area is provided to guests staying a minimum of 5 nights. The washer and dryer are in the garage below the unit, and we provide all laundry supplies. The access code will be the same one you chose for the door to the apartment. You can use the laundry bag in the cupboard above the pantry. I keep my dads old car and lots of memorabilia in the garage also. Feel free to look as much as you want to, but please don’t touch. If you want a closer look, just let me know. Guests will not have access to our dock or lake side yard, but there is a public marina/boat launch right next door. North Cove Park is also two doors down and has a very nice beach and picnic area. We will provide stand-up paddle boards and life jackets for guests to use, and our property has a private gate that guests can use to access the marina to launch the paddle boards. For an additional fee, we would be able to provide parking for a boat trailer and overnight boat moorage at our dock. As much as possible, we will greet you upon your arrival to show you around and answer any questions. After that, we will be available by Airbnb message app, phone, or text. We will respect your privacy while you are staying in the unit but help you with anything you need. No need for a car once you are here. North Cove Park is only 2 doors away and hosts a farmers market every Wednesday in the summer. A boat launch and fishing dock are adjacent to the property. Restaurants, brew pub, grocery store, post office, gas station, museum, library, church, disc golf, and athletic club are all within walking distance. Bus stop is just one block away If you will be bringing your K9 family member with you, please let us know your dogs name, how big is it, and does it get along with other dogs? Also, please keep your pet off of all furniture. This unit is adjacent to a boat launch so there can be some noise on weekends when the launch is busy. The fishermen start early but are usually quiet. If you like to sleep in, make sure to close the blinds and the two small barn doors over the arched window in the bedroom because the room faces east. Or leave them open for a beautiful sunrise.
