Peace and quiet

Small farm house on 1/2 an acre, surrounded by 37 acres of open hay fields. Very private. Fenced in back yard and fire pit available to use. Pets must be housebroken and keep place as it was found. It is out in the country and at this time we have Hughes Net internet. There is also a small sized tv in the living room that has a roku. I plan on upgrading in the future but have not just yet. It is 3 bedrooms but for now while I get ready for guests I will have two rooms available. The space The house is nestled between 30+acres of hay fields. It's remote enough to enjoy true peace and quiet in the midst of nature. A huge Magnolia tree marks the property, a fenced in yard allows for safe entertainment for pets and children, and a comfortable deck gives guests a place to sit, grill, and enjoy good conversation. A fire pit adds to evening possibilities. There is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, tv with DVD player and attached bathroom, a second bedroom has a full sized bed with a tiny TV and DVD player, a third room is set up as an office space but includes a futon frame and mattress for larger groups. The living room has a pullout couch, two oversized chairs and one smaller chair, a piano and coffee table. The kitchen has a large fridge, coffee station and small dinette set. The laundry room is available for guests needs as well. The home provides a serene setting for a vacation, a cozy spot to transition between homes for longer stays, and a great option for the overnight guest and family. A pack-n-play is in the living room closet and sheets and towels are provided by host. Home is out in the country but not far from the rest of the world. It's a great place to sit back, slow down and enjoy. Guest access Every area is acceptable to use. The attic and the two sheds in the back are for owner's personal items so please leave those areas alone. Other things to note check out instructions:. please strip the beds used and place sheets and towels in the laundry room on the floor before leaving. please leave blankets in the rooms. please wash all dishes and put away prior to departure. please make sure that the doors are locked and leave the key in the lockbox. also please empty trash and place in the larger can that is outside near the gate.
