Although 11th St can be a bustling thorough fare at times, you will still want to relax on the front porch and take in the views of Lookout Mountain, the National Cemetery and possibly a train rolling down the tracks in the distance. SEPARATE MASTER SUITE AIRBNB SPACE: The 2nd floor master suite is a separate Airbnb space, located upstairs over the garage and kitchen. It is locked off from the main part of the house. You do not share any areas inside of the house. The only common area is the main entry door located in the back of the house off of the driveway. As soon as you come through the main entry door, it splits into two separate directions with two separate entry doors with keypads on them. Guest access Guests may park (2 vehicles) in the driveway behind the house, accessed by the alley. They have access to the rear entry way which leads into the kitchen on the first floor. They have use of the whole first floor of the house and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the second floor. (A separate Airbnb space with separate entrance is located on the second floor above the garage and kitchen area. ) Guests also have access to the laundry room, which may be shared with the owner in order to facilitate cleaning of a separate Airbnb space. If so, the owner will try to give notice of intended use. Other things to note A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed for guests whose service animals, or other animals, that are brought into the house which leave damage, urine, fecal matter, stains, puddles or other messes.
