Paradise on Cedar Island Bay

This cottage is on Cedar Island Bay just 3 miles from the Cedar Island/Ocracoke Ferry. The property offers a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a cool place to prop your feet up in the evening. There is a covered front porch and back deck with a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a double bed and a twin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen size bed. The island has swimming, boating and horseback riding. The space Our cottage is the perfect place to sit back, relax and do nothing except read a good book and be with family without the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest access Entire Cottage is available to guests. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF PRIMARY RENTER: 25 Our cottage has plenty of towels, pots, and pans for guests. There is a washer and dryer for your use in the cottage. If possible, guests are asked to wash, dry and put away towels used and also do the dishes before checking out. Please leave our home as you found it. If you bring a pet, there is a pet fee of $100.00 Only one pet allowed and pet must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and must be on a flea preventative. You also must clean up after your pet in the yard.If you request to bring another pet there will be an additional $100.00 pet fee. AS OF NOW THE RESTAURANT ON THE ISLAND IS CLOSED NOT SURE WHEN IT WILL OPEN AGAIN,so please bring your groceries. .
