Relax in this nautical beach themed 1 bedroom duplex Airbnb close to the best surf in the 🌎 and has AC. Walkable to the beach: only .25 miles to the pier and .25 miles to the main shopping/bars/restaurants in Downtown San Clemente. Free use of 2 beach cruisers, beach chairs, games, cooler, and towels. Wifi and Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Hulu $50 pet fee. 45 mins to San Diego and in between Laguna and Newport. The space Dog friendly, quaint duplex with beach vibes and cozy feel. The second bed is a pull out couch in the living room. I do have extra sheets, pillows and a foam topper for use. You do share a wall with the neighbors behind who are a relaxed couple.
