Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Tupelo's most desirable neighborhoods, our guest suite offers convenient and safe access to nearby restaurants and shops. Guests love our location - we're close to everything! The space Our neighborhood is located in the heart of Tupelo and offers easy access to Downtown and the Barnes Crossing shopping districts. It's an easy five-minute walk to several restaurants, a local butcher shop with farmer's market and a liquor store. I travel frequently for work so I know how important it is for your Airbnb to be well furnished! In the kitchenette, there's a microwave, mini fridge (with complimentary bottles of water) and a clean Keurig (with a selection of K cups, creamer, sugar and even some snacks). In the bathroom, there's everything you'll find at a nice hotel including soft towels, bath & hand soap, shampoo and body lotion. Parking is in our large driveway, not on the street. You'll walk only about 30ft from your car to your private entrance. The neighborhood is very safe, well lit and you'll enjoy the additional comfort of having your own SimpliSafe security system. There's 1GB fiber internet with mesh router and a smart TV in the suite so you'll be able to access your streaming apps. You'll control the temperature in the space. There are room darkening curtains and a white noise maker to guarantee you a good night's rest (or day as we regularly host travel nurses who work nights). Guest access Because the suite was added by enclosing the garage, it's separated from the rest of the house. Unless we happen to come or go at the same time, we won't see each other. In other words, it won't feel like a shared space. Short term guests will have access to the mudroom, bedroom and bath (about 600 square feet). Longer term guests, such as medical students, will be allowed to use the washer and dryer.
