Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom and 1 bath apartment with mountain views located in the Catskills. The listing is for the 2nd floor apartment and NO ONE WILL BE STAYING ON THE FIRST FLOOR DURING YOUR STAY. Sit back and relax and take a break from your busy life and escape to the beautiful Catskill mountains and breathe the fresh mountain air. Surrounded by peace and quietness of nature throughout the year. The space The chalet was built in the 1970's and has had some recent updates. Private second floor apartment with large deck and completely private entrance. The 1st floor apartment will be unoccupied during your stay and is currently being renovated. No contractors will be on site during your stay. There are three bedrooms. One has a queen bed, the second has a full size bed and the third has two twin beds. Open living and dining area with cathedral ceiling along with a fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans and small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker. Private wrap around deck with generous amount of seating and a barbecue grill. Living room has a fireplace and a flat screen TV with Roku. Cuddle up in front of the fire after a long day on the slopes. We provide firewood, board games, books, Wi-Fi, paper products, fresh linens, soap/shampoo, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Access to multiple ski areas. Located 7 miles from Phoenicia and 5 miles from Hunter. Approximately 30 minutes to Windham Mountain and Bellearye Mountain. 30 minutes to Woodstock for a day of shopping. Guest access Second floor of the two family chalet with wrap around deck. Lockbox with key access is outside of entrance @ top of stairs to the right of door. Other things to note Very cozy along with beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful and no one will be occupying the 1st floor during your stay so you will have a quiet place to yourself. Activities for the entire family year round.
