The Bushel Basket is a lovely, warm & cozy home with the Guest Wing with Queen Bed and ability to close off from the additional area where there is a twin bed. The area has a private bathroom/shower. There is access to the backyard which feels like a park with a privacy fence that separates additional living area. There is a private gated entrance with keyless entry. CODE will be given to guest on day of arrival that is good for their visit. This CODE opens the outside gate on the left side of the home and then the BNB entrance at the patio door by the kitchen window. This CODE will be erased after guests leaves from their stay at the Bushel Basket. There is a patio table and 2 chairs so guests can enjoy the serenity of the backyard. There is a gated/locked pool area, however, due to liability, it is not available. This area makes it safe for children visiting with a 5 foot fence surrounding the pool. Guests have street parking available by the paved and lit walkway to the left of the house that leads to the gate. When arriving, there is a KEYLESS entry lock and the CODE will be sent to the guests the day of arrival. Guests simply put in the CODE and the gate will unlock. When entering the premises, there is another lit walkway to a metal patio gate. The BNB door is by the kitchen and there is another KEYLESS entry lock where the same assigned number will be used to enter the BNB. It's a self check-in and with the KEYLESS system and it gives the guest the freedom to come and go freely and not be concerned about a key. The suite is locked from the private family side as well as the BNB side. The burglar alarm will NOT be set for the BNB side. Please park by WALKWAY to the LEFT of the house ....not parking at neighbors driveway. *** Our City requires we charge a TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax10% based on each night plus the cost of cleaning *** This required tax will be calculated prior to guest arriving and needs to be sent via the INVOICE sent to guests cell phone. BNB does not collect this fee ... Roseville requires the Hostess to pay directly to the city. Only 25 minutes from Sacramento airport - Easy access to Highway 80 to Reno and Highway 65 towards Chico - bus, train and light rail close by. Great area for walking. Parking on the premises in front of the home. Entrance to the Suite is along the lit pathway to the left of the house - through a gate and then a metal gate. This area lights up as guest walks along the path. There are many restaurants close by. (Rose Garden / Chinese food; The Old Spagetti Factory/ Panera/ Denney's & IHop/ Starbucks & Peets is close/ McDonalds/ Claim Jumper Steakhouse & Bar/ The Original Mel's Diner/ Panda Express/Romano's Macaroni Grill/ EARLY TOAST (breakfast & Lunch)/ Squeeze Burger/Chevy's/ Pizza **Our city requires a TOT tax (Transient Occupancy Tax /charged for BNB and motels) 10% per night based on nightly rate plus cleaning charge. The owner needs to collect it and pay Roseville City for each BNB stay. *Payment needs to be paid prior to checking in ...
