Enjoy a relaxing, fun, and memorable getaway at Ocean Beach Club, an oceanfront Resort Hotel located directly on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk with arguably the best overall collection of amenities in Virginia Beach. This Caribbean-inspired resort offers upscale accommodations and an array of amenities, located just steps from the sand in Virginia Beach. Unwind at one of the 4 Oceanfront Pools, including an Adults-only Infinity pool and an indoor pool with cascading water features. The space This is a fully furnished Studio/1BA condo (sleeps 2) with a King bed, a Kitchenette and a table with 2 chairs. This unit has a direct oceanfront balcony with amazing views of the Boardwalk, Beach, and Ocean. The views from the balcony can be spectacular, and your balcony is a great relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning and beverage of choice in the evenings. The resort itself is also oceanfront and you are just steps away from the Boardwalk and the Beach. The Studio units at Ocean Beach Club do have a slightly smaller footprint but are a great choice for a couple or two persons who want great oceanfront views at one of the best resorts in Virginia Beach at an economical price. There are many outdoor seating and lounging areas (some with fire pits) on the resort property and surrounding the property. Live music is available during the evenings on the Boardwalk right next to the resort, and at other multiple music venues you will find up and down the 3 mile Boardwalk. * Please note the Kitchenette includes a Microwave, Sink, Small Fridge, Coffee Maker, and glasses, plates, and utensils. You can prepare light meals or sandwiches, heat up leftovers using the microwave, etc, but there is no stove top or oven. Guest access Your unit is private, but since this is a Resort Hotel property, amenities will be shared with other Guests (Pools, Hot Tub, Roof Deck, Fire Pit, Gym, etc) Other things to note - Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room. - Ocean Beach Club is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Vacation Club. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay. - Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner. - This is a FLOATING unit type. What that means is that you are guaranteed an OCEANFRONT view Studio as depicted in the photos, but your unit location (Higher or Lower floor, etc) will be determined at Check In. You may also call the Front Desk ahead of time about 7-10 days before Check-In and request a certain unit location. Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can. - One FREE parking pass is included with this unit, but the Ocean Beach Club / Oceanaire complex does not have direct onsite parking. There is a Parking Garage across the street where you will park and be given a parking key card to use during your stay. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee. - Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket. - Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent them on the beach out in front of the facility. - Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed. There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store conveniently located within a few minutes from the facility if you want to shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay. - There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, the Front Desk can provide a vacuum, or broom and dustpan, to use in your unit if you wanted it. Washers and Dryers are also available (at no additional charge) on alternating floors for guests to use if desired. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the Front Desk. - For trash disposal during your stay, there are utility rooms with trash chutes located on every floor. Just open the door and drop your trash bag down the chute. If you need more trash bags you can request those as well from the Front Desk. - Ice machines are available on every other floor - If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). Virginia Beach was designed with a special bike path along the Boardwalk to cater to bike riders. It's possible to use bikes as your main means of transportation during the week to travel up and down the Boardwalk, and around town. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes at the bike rack each night. - There is a Virginia Beach Coupon booklet available pretty much everywhere in vending type machines along Atlantic Ave, including the Front Desk / Lobby at pretty much all the properties in VB. In this booklet you can find some coupons that offer decent discounts on food, entertainment, and equipment purchases (like bike rentals if you are not able to bring your own). - Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in, along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. - This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NEVER required.
