Welcome to Riverdance at Conondale, a luxury farm stay perched on 125+ acres overlooking the beautiful hinterland and the Mary River along the back. Surrounded by breathtaking 360° views, floor to ceiling windows throughout the home bring the landscape right inside. Set at the end of a long driveway, the house offers privacy and peaceful surroundings. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it’s perfect for couples, friends or families seeking a relaxing country escape to reconnect with nature. The space Riverdance features a spacious open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly onto the outdoor decks, creating the perfect space for long meals, relaxing with friends and family, and enjoying the uninterrupted hinterland views. The house sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, each with access to its own bathroom: • King bedroom with private ensuite • Queen bedroom with private ensuite • Double bedroom with its own bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. The main living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the home also includes air-conditioning in the king bedroom, queen bedroom and living room and a separate TV in the main bedroom for added comfort. Please note: The spa bath pictured currently has non-working spa jets due to electrical damage. It can still be used as a standard bath. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, outdoor decks and surrounding areas of the property, allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful farm setting and beautiful hinterland views. Wake up to the gentle lowing of cows, watch calves play in the paddocks, and enjoy peaceful mornings on the veranda with uninterrupted views of the Conondale countryside Other things to note Riverdance is booked exclusively for registered guests. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional visitors on the property. The maximum number of guests is 6, including children and infants. This is a working cattle farm, so you may see animals around the property including cows, chickens, goats and dogs. For everyone’s safety, please do not attempt to feed or approach the animals. There is fencing around parts of the property, including barbed and electric fencing. The fence surrounding the house is electric and allows uninterrupted views across the land, so please avoid touching or leaning on any fences. As this is a rural property, you may encounter wildlife and insects from time to time. I live elsewhere on the property with my husband, young children and our dogs. You will drive past our house on your way to the Riverdance house. Please note that Telstra is the only mobile network with reception in the area. Guests will be able to connect to Wi-Fi on arrival.
