Home in Louisville

We live in a tri level home. We turned the down stairs into a small apartment. You have your own entrance and a locked door to the main house. It has its own bathroom and shower. We are 20 minutes from church hill downs . 15 minutes from down town Louisville. Walmart is 3 minutes away. Costco and local restaurants minutes away as well. Tom Sawyer State Park is about 10 minutes away. Louisville is a beautiful place to visit .You have assess to the back yard with a grill on the deck. The space it’s a quiet space and very roomie . Its a open space with a queen bed and living space. Couch, chair and new big screen TV, sofa table and lamp. Small kitchen area fully equipped, with the exception of no stove. Guest access Its a private space for you. Washer/dryer is shared with owner. During your stay I love people, I would welcome any questions you may have .
