The house is a duplex with two separate 3 bedroom units in it. You can rent each unit separately or the whole house. ( they are priced separately)The decor is very Beachy with wood floors and wainscoting. The bathrooms have just been remodeled and there are enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water. The backyard with the pool is large and tropical with each unit having their own side with loungers and table and chairs. There are upper decks with ocean peeks. There is a $100 pet fee. The space The house is the 4th house off the ocean with a heated pool Guest access The house has its own heated pool, outdoor showers with hot and cold water and laundry rooms. The house will be left open for you and the keys will be on the living room table along with a sheet of paper with your WiFi info, garbage instructions, checkout instructions and my phone number, etc. Other things to note I have a two night minimum stay requirement.
