Kayak rentals available or pull up your boat to the property just off the arm of Lake LBJ. Minyard Lodge is a large vacation lake home with enough space to accommodate larger families/group vacations, weddings, celebrations or private getaways. Minyard Lodge has direct lake access, private pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor bathroom, outdoor fireplace & fire pit! Fully stocked kitchens (2) are ready with granite countertops & all the supplies needed for prepping, cooking and dining together. The open concept between the kitchens, dining & living rooms allow all guests to stay connected to gather & make lasting memories. The 2 gorgeous dining tables offers dining for 6 with an additional 4 barstools in each kitchen for convenient seating at the kitchen island. The 2 spacious living areas offers reclining sectional sofas, lounge chairs & flat-screen TVs (Hulu & Netflix provided) Family Upstairs Bedroom offers a king size bed, full/twin bunk bed, queen futon, a lounge chair, nightstands, dresser, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with standalone shower. and dual vanity sink areas. Loft 1 offers queen futon. Upstairs Bedroom 2 offers king size bed, lounge chair, nightstands, dresser & flat-screen TV. Loft 2 offers Full/twin bunk, lounge chair & twin sofa bed. An additional full bathroom with stand-alone shower is offered upstairs near the bedroom & loft 2 Downstairs Bedroom 1 offers king size bed, lounge chair, nightstands, closet. Downstairs Bedroom 3 offers king size bed, nightstands, closet. There are 2 full size downstairs bathrooms with tub shower combos. Outside Living room 2 is a shaded outdoor dining area. The main deck offers picnic style tables, benches and chairs for enjoying time outside. Guests are provided bulk toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & body wash), multiple rolls of septic safe toilet paper, as well "basic" kitchen supplies (1 roll of paper towels per kitchen) and laundry supplies (pods & dryer sheets). Please do not take our bulk items (dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) as these are for all our rentals to use. Pack & Play and 4 twin size rollaway cots are available for guest use and are located in Downstairs Bedroom #1 closet. If yu use a roll away bed - please use the linens provided in the closet & let us know you've used them so we can appropriately clean them. 2-in-1 Booster Feeding and Floor Seat with Self-Storing Tray available in primary bedroom closet for guest use. House is equipped with washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum, broom, hair dryers, etc. Guests are responsible for their own lake & pool towels. Please don't use our towels for pool & lake! TV/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Please note, Log Country Cove is fairly remote and does experience outages from time to time. Maximum Guests = 16 The lodge has waterfront access for enjoying the Lyndon B. Johnson lake.
