Access to 12 best-rated har-tru courts in Naples, newly remodeled clubhouse & gym, large salt water pool, cabana, hot tub, bocce & pickle ball. The space Welcome to "Siesta del Sol", a villa in North Naples's Sterling Oaks Community that has been enhanced with tropical foliage all around and a sophisticated tropical feel inside for the full Florida experience. The expanded lanai looking into a 40 acre preserve has a waterfall vase, large outdoor table and grill. The garage, occupied by our car during the rental (unless other arrangements are made), has plenty of beach supplies, two casual bikes, pickle ball rackets, tennis rackets/balls, and a new stand-up paddle board w/ life vests are available for your use. The community has miles of sidewalks with friendly neighbors and lots of activities in season. Barefoot Beach is a short 6-minute drive. Lover's Key state park is 20 min, Sanibel is 1 hour! Easy access to North Naples and Bonita Springs seafood restaurants (we like Doc's and Coconut Jacks), boat rental, golf and tons of shopping: Mercato, downtown Naples, and Coconut Point. Come stay in this villa for the high season. We prefer a full January to March rental, minimum 30 days- you don't want to miss the best time in Florida anyway. Guest access You have the whole villa to yourselves! There is a code to access the front door. Other things to note There are 17 steps to the den which has a full bath, large sofa, tv, games and a desk. It's a great space for kids. There is a TV in the master bedroom for viewing as well. Netflix and Prime Video are available for use. We have our car in the garage; we prefer you park in the driveway. If you truly need the space we can work out an arrangement. Pets of guests are not allowed due to Community rules. Sorry, out of our control.
