This studio is made suitable for people looking for style and comfort, for easy access to all the best Montreal has to offer and for all the accommodations needed. Primarily targeting long term reservations (Minimum 1 month), my studio can comfortably fit 2 people. We have a lot university students staying with us during their abroad session at McGill, Concordia, UQAM and Université de Montéal. We also host a lot of professional who will be working in Downtown Montreal. The apartment is located 2 min walking distance from both Mont-Royal Station and Laurier Station, on the most important line, Orange line. Plus, one of Montréal’s well-known street; Avenue Mont-Royal, so everything you need is in walking distance. It’s generally an quiet apartment building, however the noise from neighbors are inevitable given the fact that apartment buildings in Montreal are not build with concrete and the walls are very thin. Please respect each other and I am sure you will be able to enjoy your stay with us. Other than that, I am not a big brother it is up to your judgment. I am not big brother, so as long as you return my apartment in the same state as I left it to you, and as long as the other tenants can enjoy the calm, harmony will reign. Guest access -The laundry room (2$ per wash) The laundry room is located in basement (access via elevator or by stair), the blue door can be open using your room key. - Use of a private mailbox if required. Other things to note - Self check-in only. -Please be extremely careful with the apartment keys, as they are specially made therefore expensive to replace ($50 for a lost key). - Please take out your waste on daily basis to prevent any unwanted situations. - Daily consumables like salt, oil, soap, shampo, toilet paper are not included.
