Built in 1940, the home has been elevated inside and out, curated to launch a feeling and vibe unmatched in the area. Open beams, original and cheeky artwork, updated appliances, unique features, and French doors leading to two amazing decks overlooking the river in a secluded backyard that includes 100+ feet of private river front. The 3-bedroom home, the riverfront that is the backyard, the decks, garden, and the entire lot are yours to enjoy. The garage and small office connected to the garage are not a part of the Airbnb rental. The driveway holds four vehicles total, but two of the spaces are reserved for the owner. There is a separate office on the other side of the garage, with a separate west-side entrance, on the property which is periodically occupied by the owner. The office has a separate entrance and utilizes two of the four driveway parking spaces available. On occasion, and always with your prior knowledge, the owner and his dog may use the office during regular business hours. ============= HOUSE RULES ============= - All guests must be identified when booking. Please, no third-party bookings. - Please park in the driveway not on the street. - Please keep all pillows and bedding on the bed, a shelf or a chair; do not place them on the floor. - Except for kitchen chairs and folding chairs, please do not move or adjust indoor furniture. Do not move outdoor chairs indoors. This is primarily to protect our flooring. - Please sleep between the fitted and flat sheets to increase longevity of our duvets and covers. - When not home, please turn off lights, stove/toaster oven, fans and any appliances. Please also shut blinds and lock windows and doors. Do not share code with non-registered. - Treat the home and neighborhood with respect. - Please be courteous to neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - No outside guests, parties, events or outside business meetings unless prearranged with hosts. - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking/vaping of any substance, inside flames, space heaters or outside heat sources, plug-in or spray air fresheners/sprays, glitter, cots, commercial photography/videography, animals, firearms or illegal drugs of any kind INSIDE the home. If you are a smoker, smoke outside. - Please use coasters. - To avoid damage to the counter, please utilize cutting boards. - NO wipes (flushable or otherwise), pads/tampons/applicators, etc. in toilets -- ONLY human waste and toilet paper. - We welcome families to our home and have taken many steps to make it safe and family-friendly; however, the home is not completely childproofed.
