Rm 1 Long-term VIP Room 29+ days stay

My home is licensed for long term (29+ days). MALE guests only. I rent out multiple rooms in the house and guests share the showering facilities. Please read entire listing carefully prior to sending an inquiry. Large 22'x22' bedroom with an 8'x12' office. This is an upscale home in a nice neighborhood with all of the required Permits and Licenses. The entire house is professionally cleaned every two weeks. I do not charge cleaning fees, so guests must clean up after themselves. No filthy slobs! The space Unfortunately, due to some bad experiences, for this room, I require at least three 5-star reviews from different hosts. I am willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, under no circumstances can this Airbnb be used: - as a home office - to conduct business activities - for bringing guests/clients to provide services - to conduct business transactions of any kind - as a halfway home - a facility for house arrest, home confinement, or home detention Only MALE students, traveling medical personnel or employed professionals will be welcomed. This is one of those rare opportunities to stay in a unique upscale house. This a huge +6000 ft² house. The house has central heating and air conditioning. Local TV channels, WiFi high-speed internet, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu TV and Netflix are included. The room comes with off street parking in the driveway. The house has a nice deck with a grill for your use. No drunks, filthy slobs, snobs, excessive partiers, smokers (inside or out), drug users or sleepwalkers. The owner who is a retired Army officer and is currently a teacher (pictured) lives in the house. There is also a 12-year-old Shiba Inu dog, so no pets, please. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, living room, family room, laundry room, backyard deck, grill, limited access to basement rec room and fire pit. During your stay I can be reached either through the Airbnb messaging service or personal phone texting after confirming reservation. Other things to note On weekdays I work until 4:00. That is the reason for the 4:30 PM check-in. My weekends are flexible and check-in times can be much earlier.
