Nothing fancy but adequate and clean. Kitchen has all you will need for cooking. Electric heat and window A/C unit in kitchen. No Wi-Fi or cable television, but does have a DVD player. Guest access You will have access of the entire house, including enclosed porch. Also a small area in the back with barbecue grill. No Access to backyard, including carport. Other things to note Upon check out please put trash in trashcan on the other side of the red shed.
